Recently a group of young Beverley Hills players were lucky enough to head out to the MCG to spend some time with Marc Murphy.

Marc played his junior football at Beverley Hills before playing with the Oakleigh Chargers, and then being drafted to Carlton, where he has become one of the game's best midfielders.

McDonalds have recently released a new program called the Mac Pack, and Marc is one of the ambassadors for this program, along with Scott Pendlebury and Buddy Franklin.

Our Beverley Hills boys spent a fantastic hour with Marc, talking about all sorts of things. They then helped to decorate a plain white jumper with coloured markers as part of the Mac Pack program.

All this was happening in front of the media, and later that night the boys were thrilled to see themselves on both the Fox Sports News and on the Channel 7 News - how exciting!

All the boys represented the Beverley Hills Junior Football Club with fine manners and great enthusiasm, and will surely remember this morning for a long time.
